EXPERIENCED OFFICERS WHO HAVE BEEN LICENSED PEACE OFFICERS WITHIN THE 12 MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE START OF A 26-WEEK ACADEMY CLASS, MAY QUALIFY FOR SENIORITY PAY –UP TO FIVE YEARS – MAKING THEIR PAY EQUAL TO THAT OF A FIVE-YEAR HPD OFFICER.
