If you meet the requirements and you have gathered all of the required documents, we encourage you to submit the below form in order to schedule an interview. After you have successfully submitted the form, an automated email will be sent to you verifying that your request has been received (if you do not receive an email, please resubmit your request and/or contact the Recruiting Unit at 713-308-1300). Within the next two business days, you will be contacted by a recruiting officer to schedule an interview. Please remember, if you do not meet the requirements or if you do not have all of the required documents you are not eligible to make an appointment.
