Events & Intake Unit
Nicole Tosh
Lieutenant- Events / Intake UnitLieutenant Tosh joined the Houston Police Department in 2013. She has worked in various divisions within the department, including patrol stations in different capacities, Office of Planning and Data Governance, and currently Recruiting Division overseeing the Events and Intake Units. She is passionate about leading with purpose, integrity and vision. Outside of work, she loves to travel and work out.
Tabitha Chapman
Sergeant - EventsSergeant Chapman has 13 years of law enforcement service and currently oversees the Events unit in Recruiting. She believes building strong community relationships is essential and is passionate about serving others while guiding future candidates into a career in public service.
James Lewis
Sergeant - IntakeSergeant Lewis has 19.5 years of service and currently work in Recruiting, where he takes pride in helping identify, guide, and shape the next generation of Houston police officers through a fair, thorough, and professional hiring process.
Dominique Moore
Senior Police Officer - EventsOfficer Moore has proudly served with the department for 16 years. Throughout his career, he has worked in Southeast Division, South Central Division, and has spent the last 12 years in Recruiting. He is passionate about connecting with people and enjoy making others smile. His goal is to positively impact the community and help bring more understanding and peace to the world.
Roman Conchola
Senior Police Officer - EventsOfficer Conchola joined the Houston Police Department in 2008 and has served in Central Patrol, the HPD Honor Guard, and the Crisis Intervention Team (Mental Health Division). Officer Conchola is passionate about mentoring new applicants, community outreach, and helping future officers understand the benefits and opportunities available through a career with the Houston Police Department.
Michael Enriquez
Senior Police Officer - IntakeOfficer Enriquez is a native Texan, born and raised, and has served with the Houston Police Department for 18 years, including 13 years in the Recruiting Division. He is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University and committed to demonstrating integrity and professionalism in service to the community. He takes pride in being a knowledgeable and dependable resource, always willing to step in and help where needed. Outside of work, he is a dedicated father who prioritizes family and fitness.
Alvaro Vallejo
Senior Police Officer - IntakeOfficer Vallejo has proudly served the department for 30 years. He likes working with at risk youth and showing them the positive in law enforcement by bridging the social distance.
Christopher Mendoza
Senior Police Officer - IntakeOfficer Mendoza joined the Houston Police Department in May of 2010 and has served in the Recruiting Division since February of 2014. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf.
John Williams
Senior Police Officer - IntakeOfficer Williams is a God-fearing family man who proudly holds the titles of husband to Kesha and dad to Dallas and Kace (favorite roles by far). He love sports, quality family time, and helping people whenever he can. Faith comes first, family is everything, and if there’s a sports game on, he'd be probably watching it.
Bryan Reese
Senior Police Officer - IntakeOfficer Reese has been with the department for 21 years and is currently assigned to Recruiting. He is proud to be a part of hiring new Officers for the City of Houston.
Katherine Martinez
Police Officer - EventsOfficer Martinez has proudly served with the Houston Police Department for nearly 10 years. She began her career at the Westside Division before transitioning to the Westside DRT Unit. She currently serves in the Recruiting Division, where she works to attract and guide applicants interested in joining the department. When she is not at work, she enjoys life with her amazing husband, and three beautiful boys.
Breshell York
Police Officer - EventsOfficer York has served with the Houston Police Department for 8 years. She has worked at South Gessner Division, Burglary & Theft Investigative Unit, where she was awarded Detective of the Year. She loves to focus on community outreach, and relationship-building. She is passionate about leadership, service, and helping others. Outside of work, she is a huge sports fan who loves basketball, football, and running.
Anthony Triplett
Police Officer - EventsOfficer Triplett proudly served in the Marines before beginning his career with the Houston Police Department. During his time with HPD, he has served in the Clear Lake Division Patrol, the Office of Community Affairs, and the Clear Lake Division DRT before transitioning to the Recruiting Division. Throughout his career, he has remained committed to building relationships with the community, mentoring youth, and helping recruit the next generation of Houston police officers. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, working out, and following sports.
